Terms and conditions

These terms govern the short-term rental of Le Cottage des Perdrix, 11 Chemin des Perdrix, within the Domaine du Bois de Fouage (Chemin du Bois de Fouage 1, 7640 Antoing, Belgium), booked directly on this website.

Bookings are made online, without creating an account. A booking becomes final once payment is received and is confirmed by email.

The price shown is the total price, all taxes and fees included: nights, cleaning & linen fee and, where applicable, dog fee and tourist tax. The price is calculated and checked by the website at the time of booking.

Online payment by Bancontact, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe: the booking is confirmed instantly. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never pass through this website.

Payment by bank transfer: the dates are held for 48 hours. If the transfer with the structured reference is not received within that time, the booking expires and the dates are released.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund.

Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the stay remains due.

Less than 7 days before arrival: the stay is non-refundable.

To cancel, email us with your booking reference.

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Maximum capacity: 4 guests, children included.

The domain is accessed through a code barrier; the code is emailed to you 3 days before arrival.

Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead within the domain.

The domain's swimming pool and restaurants are currently not accessible.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
