When you book: first name, last name, email address, phone number, optional message, dates of stay, number of guests (including children under 12), whether a dog comes along, and language.

This website collects no card details: online payment is processed by Stripe.

No customer account is created.

Managing your booking, payment and stay, and sending you arrival information (performance of the contract).

Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database, hosted in Frankfurt, EU), Stripe (online payment), Resend (email delivery), Google (internal booking calendar and, where applicable, map). The access map uses OpenStreetMap or Google Maps: displaying the map sends your IP address to the map provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the stay, then for the legal retention period of accounting records.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and aggregated.

Only the owner area uses a session cookie, strictly necessary to sign in. Stripe's payment page applies its own policy.

You may request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the address above.
